Terms & Conditions:

  1. Please do not accept the parcel if it is unsealed or appears damaged at the time of delivery.
  2. Customers are not allowed to open the parcel before completing the payment unless it is a prepaid order.
  3. In case of any defects or complaints, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
  4. Complaints after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
  5. Items purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for exchange or return.

Refund/Exchange Policy:

At ReaderToLeader.store, we strive to deliver your books in perfect condition.
However, in unavoidable circumstances, we accept refunds or exchanges under the following terms:

  • Refunds or exchanges will only be accepted if the book is defective, damaged, or a wrong product has been delivered.
  • Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with clear pictures sent to our customer support team.
  • After verification, we will initiate an exchange or refund process.
  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa within 15-30 working days after approval.

A PKR 250 refund processing fee applies to all refund cases, including order cancellations, product returns, or other refund requests.


Refund/Exchange will be subject to:

  1. The item must be repacked properly with the original invoice/receipt and sent back to us within 3 working days.
  2. The book must be unused, in its original condition, with no writing, marks, or damages.
  3. Once our team reviews and approves the return, we will initiate the exchange or refund process accordingly.

Important:

  • Return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.
  • Damaged, used, or mishandled books will not be eligible for return or exchange.
